資產發行RWA

RWA（Real WorldAsset）：是指將現實世界中存在的非數位實體資產，以及與之相關的收益權、合同權益等，通過區塊鏈技術將其通證化（tokenize)，支援7×24小時的全球低成本交易，使之能夠在區塊鏈上交易和流通。這一創新在傳統金融與去中心化金融（DeFi）之間架起了一座橋樑，為資產所有權、轉讓和管理開闢了新範式。

RWA 底層資產範圍廣泛，可以涵蓋幾乎所有現實世界中有價值的資產，包括但不限於①傳統金融市場的各類金融資產，如債券、股票、基金、票據等；②各種可認定的實物資產，如房產、土地、貨物等；③各類文化資產，如書畫、古董、音樂、影視作品等。

從本質上講，RWA 代幣化類似于在區塊鏈上為實體資產創建數位“孿生體”，這個數位代幣代表了底層資產的所有權，並可在去中心化金融（DeFi）應用中進行碎片化交易和管理。

This innovation has built a bridge between traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi), opening up a new paradigm for asset ownership, transfer, and management.

RWA has a wide range of underlying assets, which can cover almost all valuable assets in the real world, including but not limited to various financial assets in traditional financial markets, such as bonds, stocks, funds, bills, etc; ② Various identifiable physical assets, such as real estate, land, goods, etc; ③ Various cultural assets, such as calligraphy and painting, antiques, music, film and television works, etc.

Essentially, RWA tokenization is similar to creating a digital "twin" of physical assets on a memory blockchain, which represents ownership of the underlying assets and can be traded and managed in a fragmented manner in decentralized finance (DeFi) applications.
